Located inside of Bread & Salt, an old bread factory turned art space from the 1950s-early 2000s in Logan Heights and was home to the Weber Bread Factory.
The name Provecho! comes from the Spanish phrase “buen provecho,” a cultural expression meaning roughly “enjoy your food or drink.”
Provecho! specializes in single-origin coffees, often sourced directly from producers in regions like Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz, and focuses on ethical, direct trade practices.
